    Our office in Singapore was established in 1999 and remains our key market. Over the years, we have worked closely with the major local and multi-national corporations, government linked companies, statutory boards and financial institutions. Clients engage our services on both contingency and retained basis. We have also acted on several confidential, high level searches where discretion is paramount.

    We have established relationships with some of the largest law firms in Singapore as well as Magic Circle firms and top-ranked US law firms. Our clients range from the instantly recognizable law firms to QFLPs, joint ventures and alliances to boutique specialty firms that focus on a single practice. More recently we have advised law firms that are exploring the Singapore market and provide advice on the structuring of the practice as well as the key personnel required to achieve the goals that the clients are seeking.
